Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes and cancellations can only be made within 1 business day of placing the order.  If a shipping address must be changed for any reason, most companies will charge a fee.  If you are not home for the delivery, the companies will charge a re-delivery fee.  Please ask the company for any charges because you will be responsible for additional fees charged for whatever reason.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Different warehouses ship at different times.  If you make separate orders, you may receive your shipments at different times depending on the warehouses they are being shipped from. Most Ready to Assemble cabinets are readily available and will ship within 3-15 business days. Already assembled cabinets ship around 21 days. Transit usually takes around 1-6 business days.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can choose any of the following options:

**IMPORTANT** When your delivery arrives

  1. Check your delivery for any shortages using the packing list
  2. Additionally, check your delivery for any visual damage
  3. If either case is true, have the driver sign the packing list in acknowledgment of damaged or missing products
  4. In addition, take photographs of damaged products as evidence

In residential areas, the truck driver is only responsible for the delivery of your package - it is your responsibility to move the delivery off the truck and into your home.  Most companies offer you use of their lift gate to help you move your packages off the truck for a small fee.  For more information on what to do when your packages arrives, please contact us.

If you find any interior damage, a photograph along with your claim form must be sent in within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Some damaged products must be sent back.  If this is the case, the product must be sent back within 30 days.  We will pay for the shipping of this delivery.

Also, please note that manufacturers will not accept the return of any installed products.

Replacement for damaged glass products will be not be shipped due to the likelihood of damage.  If this is the case, we will get the glass locally.


*Assembled cabinets, modified cabinets, decorative hardware, and accessories cannot be returned

When you return a product, we must be notified within 24 hours and we must receive it within 7 days.  In addition, the product must be unopened in its original packaging

Please make sure you return the products to the correct address - if you’re not sure what address to send it to, contact us for more information

If an order is canceled in transit, you will be responsible for any fees and additional shipping costs.  Also, there is a 25% restocking fee

If mistakes are made during measuring that causes your order to not be what you intended, we can replace your order but you will need to pay shipping charges and the 25% restocking fee.  Due to this, it is recommended to order a sample before the whole kitchen

If a wrong piece is shipped to you please notify us within 48 hours
